Our Story
I was tired of eating “awful” tasting breads (and I love bread and sweets!) I grew up in the Food Industry; baking and cooking from a very young age. After being diagnosed with celiac disease, I started converting all my recipes to “gluten-free”, but breads - anything yeasted never worked and I was bummed out!
After years of working on my bread recipes - blending the perfect ratio of gluten-free flours, I finally “nailed it” and wanted others who could not eat gluten to also be able to once again enjoy a great caramel roll and amazing grilled cheese!
